Shipping Policy

 

  • Orders will be shipped once a week, you will be notified via email once shipped.
  • UK orders are sent with Tracked & Signed shipping.
  • International customers can choose between Standard or Tracked & Signed Shipping. Tracked & Signed is recommended, especially for textile products.
  • Please note as of 1st July 2021, EU customers will have to pay import VAT and handling fees before you can claim your parcel. This depends on the country and the value of the item. International shipments may be subject to additional Import VAT, customs duty and handling fees. Customers are responsible for any additional charegs that may apply. Lou Rowland has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility over additional overseas costs.
  • Once orders are shipped I am unable to fully manage and take responsibility for the delivery, but very happy to do what I can to help with any issues or delays.
  • For Local Collection in Glasgow, please use the code 'LOCAL' at the checkout + email louurowland@gmail.com to arrange.
  • If you wish to return an item please email louurowland@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. For a full refund, items must be returned in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Once the item is returned you will be refunded, minus the cost of the initial postage fee.
